Reload your individual season pass online, in no time, and ski as soon as we have our first snowfall.

Rechargeable card

Bromont, montagne d’expériences now uses the radio frequency identification technology (RFID) at every chairlift. Therefore, ski and snowboard fans now need an access card in order to be able to hit the slopes.


Reload your individual season pass, daily ticket or APEX card with the product of your choice:

  • Online at ecom.skibromont.com/ecom/, available on computer or mobile phone

* Please take note, you cannot reload a product on a card if it already contains a product. You must use up the purchased product before being able to reload it with a new one. Therefore, it is not possible to add a daily ski ticket on a valid season pass card.

$5 deposit on the rechargeable card

A $5 deposit will be required (GST and QST non-applicable). Once the deposit is made, it will be possible to activate your rechargeable card with a variety of products. The season pass holder who remits his card in a good condition will be refunded with the $5, retrievable in every service point (Customer service, any restaurant, Rental / repair shop and Ski school).

The 2018-2019 season passes are rechargeable. Therefore, the season pass holders who already have one in hand, can reload their subscription for the 2019-2020 season without a deposit. Nonetheless, the request of a new card will require a $5 deposit, at all times. Please take note that the deposit is applicable on the rechargeable card as of winter 2019-2020.

Return, breakage, malfunction

The return of a season pass is available in every service point (Customer service, any restaurant, Rental / repair shop and Ski school).

Present yourself at the Customer service to replace your rechargeable card.

Should your card be broken following an improper usage, you will need a new card (the deposit value will not be remitted in case of breakage). Should your card be defective, it will be replaced at no cost.

Loss or stolen card

In case of a loss or stolen card, the season pass holder must get a duplicate and pay a $ 10 fee, taxes included. These fees exclude the $5 deposit for the new card.
