BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR

Skiing or snowboarding fanatic? The Ski School is always looking for dynamic people who can communicate their passion and promote the fun of skiing. Regardless of your age, join our team of nearly 300 instructors, certified CSIA, CSCF, CASI or PESA. You could become an instructor and benefit from a continuing education program, as well as many other advantages!

1-Complete  the job application form online or at the Ski School counter.

2- Attend the Clinique d'embauche sur neige.

3- Attend the Clinique de sélection sur neige.
(To move on to this step, you must have received a positive response following the Off- trail Hiring Clinic.)

4- Pass one of the following Level I training courses, which take place in December:

5- Complete the Mentoring Program, which consists of assisting an instructor during an IniSKI or IniSURF course, as the case may be.

The role of the Support Instructor is to assist the ski or snowboard instructor while gaining experience. Those who have completed the Pre-Instructor group program will have priority in hiring.
