A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac. These different payment methods may be used in most of the points of sale at the resort (ticket booth, Membership Service, Rental Shop, cafeteria, shop, etc.).
You can also purchase a gift card at the Customer Service department for making purchases at the resort. It’s very handy and simple, and you won't have to carry a bulky wallet around with you all day!
A: Yes, indeed! Since our motto is “the more the merrier,” sharing good times means there’s more fun to be had. We offer a special rate to groups of 20 or more. Please note that groups must reserve at least 24 hours in advance. For more information, please refer to the Group Rates section.
A: In entrusting your child to a group leader, you have ensured that she will be properly looked after and supervised. Please realize that we cannot take over from these group leaders as this could cause great anxiety to them if a child should go missing. Therefore, you must deal directly with them.
A: Yes. We fully understand that such mishaps can occur. However, be sure to notify the school. Please also contact our Groups Service at 1 866 276-6668, ext. 2708, so we can inform the group leader that your child will be arriving later on his own. Upon his arrival, we’ll be happy to help him find his group.
A: Yes. But note that Ski Bromont reserves the right to modify its schedule and/or to close some or all of its activities, depending on the weather or volume of traffic at the ski centre.

A: Yes. At any time, you can bring your own lunch and eat it in one of our many interior spaces. If you’re missing anything, you can always go to the cafeteria in the main chalet or L’Express.
A: Yes. You can rent a locker for the day at Ski Bromont at a cost of $5* for a small locker and $10** for a larger one. Keys and padlocks can be picked up at the Customer Service Department.

Other lockers, big enough to hold 2 ski suits or snowboard suits, can also be rented for the entire season at a cost of $239 plus taxes. You can either bring your own padlock, or use ours for a fee of $15. These lockers are in great demand, so we suggest you contact Customer Service at 1-866-276-6668 to add your name to the waiting list. We’ll be happy to contact you when a locker is free.
A: Our large parking lots are free at all times! Be our guest!
A: Absolutely! Whether you just need to refuel with a light meal or you're really hungry, Ski Bromont has something for everyone! For details, see the Restaurant section. A tip: try to avoid eating at peak meal times. That way you’ll spend less time standing in line at the snack bar and you can also take advantage of lighter traffic at the ski lifts during the lunch hour!
A: Yes, at certain times. If you want to ski with the whole family, but you have a child who’s too young... no problem. Bring the little one along! All weekends, and during holidays and spring break, Ski Bromont offers a day-care service for children aged 2 and over (who are diaper-free). After a full day of skiing, you can always spoil your angel with a nice drink of hot chocolate...
A: Yes and no. For now, the site remains accessible to smokers. We ask you to be considerate of those who would like to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Also, avoid busy areas, and be sure to use the ashtrays provided. Note that smoking is not permitted in any line-up.
A: Yes, many. The Bromont region offers a wealth of activities, so why not turn your day of skiing into a short stay? Also, learn about our Bromont Ski Package, which includes: free skiing on the evening of your arrival; one night at one of the many hotels in the region; breakfasts and ski tickets for a full day. This package is valid throughout the season.
