1.View a model unit and meet with our sales representativeBy visiting our website, you have determined which project best meets your needs. Now it's time to make an appointment with a Ski Bromont Immobilier representative or visit the model unit of the project that interests you to learn more.

At this meeting, a Ski Bromont Immobilier representative will explain the features of the single-family home, condo or land that best suits your needs, such as architectural and floor plans, prices, etc. If you are not ready to reserve your unit at this stage, you can bring home with all the documentation you need to help you make an informed choice.
2.Reserving a unit (offer to purchase)Made your choice? Now we have to reserve your unit by completing the preliminary contract (offer to purchase). At this stage, a refundable deposit will be requested by Ski Bromont Immobilier or its representatives. The date for taking possession of your single-family home, condo or land will be determined at this stage.
3.Mortgage loan applicationOur team will provide you with all the documentation necessary to obtain approval of your mortgage loan application (plans and specifications, construction warranty, etc.). As soon as Ski Bromont Immobilier receives approval from your financial institution, we can start construction of your property.
4.Customizing your propertyFor each project, Ski Bromont Immobilier has set out a list of options and finishes to enable you to customize your property: bathroom ceramics, kitchen counters, air conditioning, etc.
Our representative will assist you in making your choices so that your future home is fully adapted to your lifestyle and needs.
5.Inspecting your propertyOccupancy time is approaching! This is when you will visit your property with a Ski Bromont Immobilier representative and make the final adjustments. You'll get to know every aspect of the property and learn about the maintenance of your house or condo.
6.Signing of documents at the notary’s office At the notary's office, you will sign the Deed of Sale and Deed of Loan. You are then officially the owner of your new condo or single-family home! A representative of Ski Bromont Immobilier will be present at the signing and will provide you with the Declaration of Co-ownership (in the case of a condo) and… your keys!
7.After-sales service and warrantiesComfortably settled in? Now you're ready to start enjoying your new property! Ski Bromont Immobilier will set up an appointment for one year after occupancy, to offer you the services of a qualified worker if adjustments need to be made to your house or condo (some conditions apply).
In addition, the Association provinciale des constructeurs d'habitations du Québec (APCHQ) provides a 5-year new-home warranty on various components of your property (some conditions apply).
