Charles Désourdy, President and CEO of SkiBromont, is a civil engineer who graduated from McGill University. Since November 1997, he has been head of the Bromont ski resort, which also includes a mountain biking facility and water park. Charles has been skiing since the age of four and a member of the board of Ski Bromont since 1981.  Passionate about his business and keenly innovative, he is driven by the challenge of new development projects and providing excellent service to his customers.  Ski Bromont's success as a resort has logically led to the company's expansion into high quality real estate.

Holder of a master's degree in urban planning, Luc joined Group Désourdy in 1987.  From 1999 to 2010 he was involved in the planning of development projects as a consultant for Ski Bromont, and also for the Carrefour Champêtre in Bromont, the Village de la Gare in St-Hilaire and other major residential projects. In 2010, he officially joined the Ski Bromont team to work in the planning of residential projects and managing the resort's environmental component.

Prior to joining Ski Bromont Immobilier in 2010, Vincent worked in the construction industry, among other positions, for Groupe Désourdy as manager of equipment and supplies. He then reoriented his career to telecommunications at OSKAR Mobil in the Czech Republic as manager of support operations, and later as project manager (PMO) for chezWind Mobile in Toronto. He was also project manager of a major residential development for a real estate development group in Western Canada. An outdoor enthusiast, he practices cycling and mountain bike racing.

Mélanie joined the marketing and sales team of Ski Bromont Immobilier in January 2011. She began her career in advertising agencies, before working as a senior consultant for Edelman Public Relations Firm. She was then appointed Marketing Director for the Mont Sutton ski resort, and later freelanced as a consultant with clients that included Groupe Coalision Inc. (owner of the Orage and Lolë brands). Mélanie is an enthusiast of yoga, skiing and hiking.

Monique Leblond, with experience in the real estate and legal fields spanning more than three decades, has been part of the Ski Bromont team for almost 15 years. Working in close collaboration with Charles Désourdy since joining the company, she brings passion and commitment to everything she does. Monique's involvement in the style company fits her constantly evolving lifestyle and taste for new challenges!

Before beginning a career as a real estate broker in 1999, Suzie worked for the city of Bromont for more than ten years, including the post of Secretary Treasurer. She has also been the Deputy Director of Bromont Golf Club and a sales representative for real estate development at Ski Bromont. She now works as a real estate consultant on the company's residential projects.
