A: Yes. Park maps are available at the Membership service and Customer Service counters, and at various display stands around the park.
If you would like to prepare your visit in advance, you can consult
the online interactive map in order to choose the attractions you plan to visit. You can also print the
map to make notes.
A: No. As is the case with most summer attractions, our rates do not include taxes. Consult our
RATES section for further details.
Please note that during the summer, Water Park rates are based on the height of the visitors and not on their age. Height allows us to decide which attractions are available to you or not, according to the safety regulations.
A: Our park offers a large number of water and other attractions. For safety reasons, the minimum height required for some of them is 1.07m and 1.37m. Please consult the park
map in order to discover which activities are available to you and your children.

Please note that Ski Bromont reserves the right to adjust its Water Park schedule and close some or all of its attractions according to the temperature and the number of visitors.

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Interac. These may be used in most areas (ticket counter, Customer Service desk, rental office, cafeteria, boutique, etc.).
Also, Gift cards are on sale at our customer service counter. They can be used at many of the purchase points, and allow you not to carry cash.
A: Yes. Your wrist band ticket allows you to move around inside and outside the Water Park, whether you leave for a shorter or longer period.
A: We do! The more the merrier is our motto! The more pleasure is shared, the more fun you’ll have. For a group of 20 people or more, you can benefit from a special group rate. Please note that you must reserve 24 hours in advance.
School group or business group? The right group package will allow you to experience a memorable day. Send us your request and we will do our best to ensure that you have a perfect day. For more information, please consult the

A : Yes. By entrusting your children to a group animator, you may be sure that they are in good hands and that the animator will watch over them. You will understand that we cannot respond in place of the group animators as this may cause much concern should one of the children seem to disappear. Please speak directly to the animator.
A: Yes. We understand that these mishaps occur. You must advise the school and/or the day camp of this arrangement. You can also call our Group Services at 1 866 276-6668 ext 2708 so that we may inform the animator that your children will arrive late and by their own means.
A: Yes. Our rates include access to the park whether or not you intend to swim. Anyone wishing to visit the park must therefore pay the appropriate entrance fee.
A: A park visit is often more fun when it includes a picnic with family and friends. You may bring your lunch (coolers are allowed) and take advantage of the numerous green spaces.
However, for safety reasons, no alcohol, no glass container, and no barbecuewill be allowed in the park. Please be informed that such articles will be confiscated immediately at the entrance checkpoint.
A: You may bring one or two folding chairs, an inflatable mattress, and a parasol, or as much as you can carry. Please note however, that inflatable mattresses are not allowed in the pool and waterslide areas. You may however use them to relax in the sun.
Toys and balls are permitted in some areas of the park. Remember to have fun and to be respectful of those around you and avoid crowded areas.
A: Yes, flotation vests and rings are permitted in some areas.
We do however recommend that children wear flotation suits. Please note that tubes and inflatable objects are never allowed. The reason is that we want to offer you, your friends, and your family the safest environment possible.
A: We suggest that you bring your own (PFD) however, in case of necessity, we have a limited number that we lend in exchange for a $20 deposit. They are available at the locker rental stand near the Olé! Olé! Terrace.
A: Yes. The Water Park offers lockers to its visitors. The cost is $5 a day* for the small ones and $10** for the larger ones. Keys should be picked up at the locker rental counter near Terrasse Olé Olé.

A: Our very large parking area is always free.
Make the most of it!
A: Yes. Only appropriate swimwear, worn appropriately, is acceptable at most attractions. Jean shorts, t-shirts and sweaters/camisoles are forbidden in any bathing areas. This is not a fashion trend, but a question of safety. There will be no exception to this rule. The rash guard is accepted, as are short shorts and little swimsuit skirts, but you should be aware that they may slow you down on the slides.
To avoid possibly embarrassing situations, infants must wear swim diapers at all times. Swim diapers are sold in the Boutique.
A: Yes. Eyeglasses must be kept firmly attached with a safety neck cord. For similar reasons, and in order to avoid damage to any equipment, it is recommended that you not wear watches, jewellery, or other accessories during any of the activities.
A: In general, a little light rain will have no effect on our normal operations. Should we be confronted by a storm with thunder, however, for security reasons, attractions will be closed for 30 minutes after each thunderclap. There will be no refund in these circumstances. Please note that Ski Bromont reserves the right to modify its opening hours and all its attractions according to the temperature and the number of visitors. If the weather seems uncertain, please contact our Customer Service before setting out.
Remember, a rainy day can mean that the park will be less frequented, so don't let a few raindrops spoil your day! After all, you're here for a dip, aren't you?
A: Yes, but Ski Bromont reserves the right to change its operating hours or to close down some or all of its attractions, according to the temperature and the number of visitors. On rainy days, for instance, we could decide to use alternate attraction openings.

A: Yes, we provide changing rooms. You may also wish to use the washrooms.
A: Yes, they can be found in Altitude, the building located near the Lagon swimming pool and dairy bar. They are easily accessible at all times during the opening hours of the park.
A: Yes, in the cafeteria area, located in the Main Chalet, you will find a fast food counter, a sandwich bar, and a healthy menu counter. You will also discover a few hidden treasures:

- Dairy Bar
- Beaver tail stand
Don’t forget to replenish at
- Olé! Olé! Terrace
- Bar le Radeau
Tip: Eat before or after the usual meal times; that will allow you to spend more time enjoying the attractions and less time in the restaurant.
A: Although we are animal lovers, NO animal is allowed in the park with the exception of guide dogs. We monitor the parking lots to ensure that no animal is left behind while their owner enjoys a day in the sun. Should an animal be left in car and found suffering from heat stroke or any other condition, our patrol personnel will take the appropriate action at the owner’s expense.
A: No. Our attractions were made to include the whole family and children under 2 years of age and under pay no admission fee!
A: The Water Park site is non-smoking, except for three clearly marked areas. To locate the areas where the smokers are allowed, consult the
park map.
However, let us remind you that people, including many children, walk bare foot on the site. Please use available ashtrays and avoid throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
